Returns

  • Sold laptops cannot be returned for cash refunds.
  • Returns or exchanges may only be considered if specifically agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Warranty Conditions

  • Warranty does not cover damages caused by water, accidents, misuse, abuse, electrical issues, or external causes unless covered by the manufacturer warranty.
  • Customers must provide valid proof of purchase, including model number and serial number, for warranty claims.
  • Service support may be delayed if there are delays from the manufacturer during warranty processing.
  • Product incompatibility or technology limitations are not covered under warranty.

Payment & Taxes

  • Additional charges of 2% for credit card payments and 1% for debit card payments may apply during billing.
  • Customers are responsible for applicable taxes including local, state, government, and value-added taxes.
